Does anyone have one they have used for a while and can recommend?

Inkbird 4 probes
I've used it for many smokes and oven roasted turkeys over the last two years and it has performed well.

I have a meatr and I love it with one exception. You have to have meat on the pit to use it. You can’t leave it in the pit without the probe tip being in something, if that makes sense.

Thermoworks. Their stuff is fantastic.

I have the thermoworks smoke X. Bought it a year ago and also recommend it. I can sit in my man cave and monitor meat temps as well as pit temp.

I have the iGrill 2. That Inkbird looks like a better deal if the Bluetooth and app are good.

This is correct, and here is the LINK to the specific product. It has 4 ports for probes, and you can create any setup you like with it. Standard is 3 meat 1 grill probe, but you can order more grill ones if you want to track different areas of the grill
Fantastic stuff

I have a thermopro tp20. Works great and has held up well.

I know it's already been said, but thermoworks is legit. I have the signals(4 probe) paired with the billows fan and I love it. Sounds like you'd be looking for the Smoke.
Keep an eye on their website if interested, they'll run some pretty good open box deals. That's what I did and got a decent deal.

Have a maverick and no complaints, if I were to buy another I'd probably go with the Thermoworks Smoke.
