I like Dave's Ghost Pepper sauce. My homemade buffalo sauce is never hot enough. Add a couple of drops of Dave's and It's perfect.

The crystal sauce with garlic is pretty awesome. I finally found a bottle of it at Albertsons. Just add a couple tablespoons of butter to it for a great wing sauce.

Anything made by Marie Sharp. Such a good business proping up poor south Belieze and making some amazing hotsauces.

Valentina - for Mexican style hot sauce
Tabasco - for LA style
Siracusa - for Asian style
Crystal is a very close #4.
Between those 3 or 4, I’ve about got all my needs covered

I'll put this sauce on just about everything and it makes it better. It's a LA style hotsauce, but probably 2 or 3x hotter than Tabasco. Chocolate habaneros taste amazing.
If you enjoy the taste of superhots, this sauce is very pepper forward but has none of the nasty tasting extract to make it artificially hot. Tastes amazing, and its hotter than Hades.
I make stir fry frequently when I have vegs I need to do something with. I could drink this stuff straight from the bottle. You taste soy sauce, ginger, and garlic at first, then the Ghost and Thai chiles kick in after a few seconds
ETA: not sure why the pics are so big, my bad
ETA 2: I have about 30 pepper plants ranging from jalapenos to Scorpions on the heat scale. Going to try my hand at homemade hotsauces and powder blends

I put this on everything.
I like all of the yellowbird sauces I've tried
Crystal or Louisiana for most Louisiana food. Tobasco has its place as well.
Tapatio and Valentina for most Mexican. Also like the Yuvateco sauces for Mexican especially the green habanero.

This is the best hot sauce I've ever had. I put it on and in just about anything. Fantastic.
I will say that the other varieties that they make aren't nearly as good as this one is.

Crystal Extra Hot and Tabasco Chipotle

For general food purposes I love Tabasco.
I like the heat and the vinegar. I got Some Ritz Chrisps that are Tabasco flavored, it’s basically just a shite ton of salt and the red pepper dried on a chip. They are crazy good but they’ll get you.
I also Love Franks for Buffalo Sauce purposes. It’s just the most classic Buffalo Flavor you can get.
