Yesterday evening, I called in a to go order for 2 quesadillas. Dude said 15 minutes, I got there in 8. Paid for my order and left a tip. Sat down and waited and waited. After 30 minutes I realized they weren't going to prepare my food and asked for a refund. Took 2 managers to accomplish this task. So

Do yourself a favor and just order when you get there. They’re literally just putting already cooked toppings on a burrito shell.

Hey man congrats on ordering the one thing that takes the longest. I've went to izzos while they were busy and waited over 20 minutes for 1 quesadilla. You ordered 2 and maybe they had customers come in after. You also are an a-hole for getting there so soon and still getting aggravated.
