Chicken Moque Choux best Cajun dish I’ve ever eaten.

Questions:

Where is it?

Why is a cajun resturant be named Yat's?

WTF is Chicken Moque Choux?

Nope.

The Chicken Maque Choux is tasty. Kind of sweet, for my taste. The Drunken Chicken is good, but not really cajun. The garlic bread is pretty good, but sometimes soggy.

Best in America? Nope x 1000.

Cajuns aren't really Yats. A few Yats will have some Cajun in them, but if they are Yats they will typically identify more as Yats than they will Cajun.

It’s just a restaurant name, not an Ancestry test.

If the wait staff doesn't ask this, it's not authentic:

"Hi dawlin, you want mynez wit dat roast beef sammich?

I've been on many road trips on my motorcycle over the years and I see "Authentic Cajun" restaurants in many of the places I've been to----------and they're not even close.

Most think it just needs to be loaded with Tony's and Tabasco and that makes it Cajun.

If you're talking about the one in Franklin, TN, Cajun Steamers is better. And right around the corner.

I lived within walking distance of the one in Columbus. I should have walked right by. It's garbage.
