I never eat anything that has the word cajun associated
with it outside of South louisiana....

That's a pretty good rule especially if you live in LA and can get it anytime

For those of us that don't live there we'll occasionally brave a place with no expectations of it being any good

I've had mixed experiences but have found a few places that at least do a few things well
