My supply of the OG Sriracha is quickly depleting. What's the best substitute to the Huy Fong Sriracha, since it's so hard to find now?

Ever since I was introduced with Chin-Su, Sriracha hasn’t been in my fridge the last 5 years. And don’t buy it from Amazon. It’s way overpriced. Go to your local Asian market.

Tabasco is making one now. It’s not the OG, but it’s pretty good.

Tried that one and didn't care for it at all. Ended up helping it out with some honey and garlic and threw it on some fried wings. Wasn't terrible then.

That's where I found it a couple of months ago.

Lee Kum Kee is vary good. I stopped buying HF a while back ago, because I like this one better. Both are great though

Weak Knees Gojuchang sriracha is better than anything else I've tried. It's on Amazon

It's like $8.

Not sure I would do without something I wanted over $8.

on the bright side my local asian mart owner said that production and shipment of the OG should be going out in November.

Was going to post this too, maybe it's because I've gone through 2 bottles since the last time I had Huy Fong's Sriracha, but the Tobasco one is damn good, I'm not so sure I'm going to go back.

Underwood Sriracha is putting out their copy-cat you can search for. It's the farm that was the sole provider for Huy Fong's peppers for 28 years before the company decided to end its relationship with the farm and instead buy from the open market, which coincides perfectly with the beginning of Huy Fong shortages they blame on "climate change".

ETA- here's a CNBC documentary on it. Along with the climate change stuff.

I like that one. My husband prefers it. Currently we are using this that I picked up at Kroger. It's fine.

I have Yellowbird serrano and habanero sauces and love them. I haven’t seen a sriracha. I will look.

I’ve been using Tabasco sriracha and am happy with it. The only thing tempting about the Huy Fong right now is the thrill of the chase. I love finding hard to find stuff.

Friend told me it was a bad season for the chilis? It's starting to come back more in our area.

Does French’s Foods know that they are using that shape of bottle? It looks like it came right out of the French’s Mustard bottle mold. That shape is trademarked.
