Assuming there is the right mix of sausage, potatoes and corn as well. 5? 10?

A minimum of 25,000 lbs per season to break even lol.

ETA: I generally eat at least 8 lbs when we boil. I don't do the hot dogs, sausage etc. Gimme a couple potatoes, some mushrooms and a corn or two instead.

I'm the same. I've never gotten full, just tired of it.

Can’t eat crawfish any more. Last time I had boiled crawfish, I had a heart attack. Salt free diet now.

If they actually eat the fixings. Some assholes will always stick to crawfish only.

I've never known. I either get tired of peeling before I get full, or I fill up on potatoes and sausage.

I actually prefer the fixings over the crawfish. I’ll smash some corn, sausage, and potatoes

Minimum 5 pounds of crawfish or it’s not a meal

On average - depends on time of year/maturity of crawfish - crawfish have about a 15% edible meat yield, so rounding up, 7 lbs of crawfish will equate to about a 1 lb of edible meat.
