The Spicy Chicken Deluxe is my go-to, and a nice sized piece of chicken, and a lot better than standard "fast food" quality. Couple that with everything else in this thread about it, it's easy to see why they have a huge fan-base.

The Hate Burger Express sure does have a cult-like following.

I rarely eat fast food, usually just when traveling. CFA, Cane's and Whataburger are our usuals. CFA and Cane's because of the employees are never surly and the food is consistent. I like the Whataburger breakfast, but some of their employees need training. There is a bitch that works at the Whataburger on Seigen that made me say 'never again'. I was looking for a quick meal after a fast for a colonoscopy, I wanted to smash a biscuit in her face.

CFA has a lot of kids barely 16. Kids that age who also come from decent families are way more disciplined than the 20-somethings still stuck working fast food.
People who work at Burger King work at Burger King specifically because they don’t have to do anything there. They probably don’t even TRY to work at CFA. If you make the job undesirable to lazy people, you won’t have to worry about them trying to work there.

Plus the people at CFA always seem happy, don't think I've ever been without them saying, "thank you" or "have a good day"

Believe it or not, I've never eaten at CFA, even though I live about a mile away from their Vets/ Metairie location.I have passed there a few times and seen the line of cars backed onto Vets, and thought I'm not waiting in a line that long. Tomorrow, I have off work, so I think I will give it a try.

CFA does everything right.
The food is good and the service is great.
They are the gold standard for fast food.

They also don't stack their restaurants on top of each other like McDonald's
McDonalds is a Real Estate company. The burger thing is just a front.

Lines go by really quick when you’ve got dark tint windows and xhamster ragin’ on an iPad Pro

best fast food option by miles

Sure cj, I can really tell from all the “hateful” posts directed back at CFA in this thread that their organization works real hard to disseminate “hate”.

it's the service thing. A smile instead of a disgusted glare or being completely ignored.
The "appearance" that they are actually happy that you are there instead of the "why are you interrupting my day" feeling.
overall courteous service on top of getting the order right makes chick fil a light years ahead of other fast food places.

They opened one up less than a mile from my house. I've been there probably 5 times in the last 3 or 4 months. Each time I've waited a substantial amount of time to get my food. Even when there was only a one or two person wait in front of me. Hopefully it's just growing pains and they get the wait figured out but I've been to other recently opened CFAs and they didn't have the problems this one is having.
Chic fil a has gotten smart about how they lay out their properties. They allow the line to wrap around the parking lot and not interfere with traffic. The drive thru setup at the one by my house is pretty nice as well. It allows two serving lanes for virtually the entire drive.

You never have to pull forward and wait on your order.

If this is true Chic-fil-a will take this store back from the owner pretty quickly and give it to someone else.

I've always wondered what their secret was for finding employees.
It all starts from the top down. The owners find managers who give a shite. Every time you go into CFA you will see managers actually watching the employees. They don’t put up with bullshite.
In contrast, think of every experience you’ve had at BK or Popeyes. Not a manager in sight, awful service. And if you do see a “manager” at one of those places, it’s very clear that they are just the shitty worker who has been there the longest.

I've had very positive experiences at BK's and Popeye's. I've had very positive experiences at every fast food place. It's not really fair to broad brush them all. CFA is far more consistent in their service than all of the other fast food places, but it's possible to receive good service at the other places.
