Got a couple pounds of fresh Louisiana crawfish tails. Super Bowl ideas?

I’m responsible for the seafood apps for the party. Gonna do some bacon wrapped shrimp, but wanted to use these tails for something as well. Thinking either fried crawfish tails, crawfish bread or crawfish pie.
Any other suggestions?

Crawfish king cake looks nice on the food table and is easy to grab and eat.

I’m doing a crawfish/shrimp dip with sour cream, cream cheese and chives

Look at crawfish cardinale in the TD cookbook. Make French bread toasts to serve it or you can crisp some phyllo dough cups to spoon in the sauce. This recipe is always popular. One of my favorites.

Crawfish Dip #2 in the Recipe Book above is very good. I’m making it for the game.

I buy the Chinese tails. They're just as good.

Since you are doing appetizers, crawfish bread is a great choice

how about making a "shrimp" mold, but use the crawfish.
To keep it cool and fresh.... don't put all of it out and let stay out all day. Say, cut out 1/3 and when it is almost all eaten, put out some more.
Don't forget the crackers to put it on.
Sorry I am late posting this, I just saw this post
