There is Louie's... Can't get any closer to campus than that.

If downtown is considered close to campus, I think Capital City Grill does brunch as well.. Isn't there a few other places downtown that has brunch?

What grown man wants to ‘do brunch’? Sorry I’ll be playing golf, doing yard work, or fishing. I’m not burning my whole Saturday for some sissy arse brunch.

Louie's isn't exactly brunch but it's still delicious.

The only complaint about Louie's is that you will smell like Louie's for the remainder of the day.

Brunch gives you an excuse to drink without looking like an alcoholic on a Saturday morning.

You can drink on Saturday morning and not be an alcoholic.

Olive or Twist does Saturday brunch

Shhhhhh...Sunday brunch has already become too busy. Don't ruin Saturday brunch there for me.

Plus that's not near campus.

I'll take a late breakfast and drinks with a nice lady, over yard work any day.

whats the scoop on Ruby slipper... we went for the first time a few weeks ago and the whole staff is basically black. Not that it matters but are the original owners black or something?

Also, our server was fricking terrible. We asked about the special they had for brunch called the cortez i think. His response was "its like some cheesy grits with a sauce and shrimp"

I did watch one guy have to go refill his water at the bar after his waitress, only white one in there, took too damn long to refill it.

I was not impressed the one time I went there. Long wait and we went early (I was pregnant, no waiting until 11 am brunch was happening), and the food was very meh.
