Found a new favorite boudin today

I've had their regular pork boudin and it is great, but don't think I've had the smoked. Will have to try that.

Their deer boudin is probably my all-time favorite. And you should grab a jalapeño cream cheese boudin ball any time you stop there.

Had a link of boudin, 2 jalapeño cream cheese balls and some cracklins from there yesterday while passing through. One of my favorites.

I stop there every trip to BR, their Boudin stuffed japs are awesome as well.

Basically across the street from Billy’s in Krotz Springs.

I much prefer them to Billy’s. Their hog head cheese and rabbit sausage is excellent also

Kartchner’s is very good. I’ve been buying it for years along with other food from there. You can also call in your order ahead of time and they’ll have it ready to go when you arrive.
I recently discovered their chicken stuffed with a shrimp rice dressing. Good stuff. The smoked hocks are some of the best I’ve had. I try to keep a big supply in the freezer for beans, greens, soups etc...

Just left Kartchnar's and Billy's.

The lady at Billy's said Its going to be Theirs.

Kartchner's is often overlooked because they're across from Billy's, but they put out some damn good products. I actually like them better than Billy's.
