Almost anything savory.
Spaghetti would be an example of something not usually too heated.
Even a little cayenne on ice cream is good.

Pizza---I like to add a good bit of pepper flakes to slices I eat.

Most any Tex-Mex dish.

Chili----my wife can't eat it as hot as I like it, so I add my homemade Habanero Hot Sauce to my bowl when I eat it.

Boiled seafood----I can't stand underseasoned crawfish, shrimp or crabs. That's why they make ice cold beer.

Edited to add grits. I love lots of my habanero hot sauce on my grits, and salt. My grits are pale orange when I'm done hitting them with the hot sauce.

HELL YEAH.

I'll mix smoked jalapenos in to Hershey chocolate syrup to top ice cream with.

more heat?

everything. i tend to add spice/heat to everything. i have to refrain when cooking for others. My wife gets a kick out of it when i sweat while eating.

id have to say the exception would be desserts.

sushi if the wasabi isn't making my eyes water then i've done it wrong

jambalaya/red beans/gumbo love what a vinegar based hot sauce adds to all of these

fried chicken - popeyes cant make the spicy spicy-enough

authentic tacos - piled up high with cilantro, chopped onions and a squeeze of lime then topped with a creamy hot green sauce

Ok so I got 10 downvotes and zero up. Now I’m just curious why. Haha!

I agree. I have to make a mild version of my jalapeno dip recipe when it's for some family members and friends. I'll share it on this board one day.
