Would need to see if Tipatinas has a show that night.
Certainly worth a walk down St Charlees or Magazine and hit the chloe, delchaise, bouligny, columns...
I would do chargrilled oysters and maybe an app at superior grill. Not sure I would do the whole meal.
Shaya is nearby too.

Looks like another couple people recommended this for some live music outdoors but with the option to be inside with the weather. Definitely jotting this down.

Parkway should scratch that itch. Surf and turf is great The roast beef can be a little bland but adding the fried shrimp takes it up a notch.

Parleaux is a yes. Hit up Bacchanal while you’re over there.
Sit on the front porch at the Columns and have drinks. Make sure to take the streetcar there

Locals may turn their nose up a little bit, but a cup of gumbo and crab cakes at the bar at Mr. B’s is great, quick, and easy. Also breakfast at Brennans is top notch..

Ride the streetcars at least once for a couple of hours. With a cocktail in hand if you please.
It is touristy but I think visiters should take a horse drawn carriage tour of the quarter. Maybe with a Hurricane in hand.

Lots of excellent recs already...mine would be to do take an early evening for what I call the "Freret double": Pigeon & Whale does excellent oysters (think Murder Points, etc) on HH from 4-6pm daily. Grab cocktails with a mixed dozen and chargrilled mussels there...then walk across the street to The Husky for a beef wellington or another main course.
I'd recommend bar seats at both spots, and a polo/shorts will surely suffice. Afterward, Cure is great for cocktails and is two blocks down...
Magazine St. is sort of the well-known long drag with lots of restaurants/bars...Freret has a bit of a West Randolph feel albeit on perhaps a smaller scale...hope y'all have a great trip!

Just a bit more...you have a list of great recs, I would try to balance the local favorites with landmark NO things. Thankfully (and definitely under-appreciated) New Orleans is a city where people can do both easily.
For reference, I wouldn't advise someone to go to Chicago for the first time without trying a deep dish and a beef, seeing Millenium Park and the Bean, and doing a river cruise.
For the first time in NO I would prioritize getting a po-boy, riding the (St. Charles) streetcar, eating at a nice old-school New Orleans restaurant (get a reservation here), walking through Jackson Square to the river, getting a beignet at Cafe Du Monde (or Cafe Beignet if you have to), walking at least a few blocks of Bourbon (late afternoon/early evening, definitely not late night), getting a great cocktail at a French Quarter bar.
I have a feeling you will have a great trip and will be back often.

Get the half shrimp po-boy (dressed) and cup of gumbo special at Liuzza's by the Track. If you're in the mood for a beautiful walk after, the loop around the City Park Lagoon is great and will take you by Cafe du Monde where you can get beignets.

I personally like Parkway more than Domilise's, but if you are Uptown, Guy's is better than Domilise's too IMO.
I didn't see it mentioned yet, but Dolfy's is a newer place and it is outstanding. We just did happy hour drinks at Cure then walked over to Dolfy's for dinner, and it was a great evening.

Bacchanal is fantastic, walk in and grab a bottle of wine and some charcuterie and hangout in the courtyard.
I will also second the GW Fins rec, we ate there this past weekend and everything was on point (especially the Fin wings, pork belly, and bluefin tuna). The menu focuses on fish.
Peche is another great seafood option.
As far as bars go, you are pretty on point there. I do also enjoy Bouligny Tavern, Delachaise, and Cure (all are Uptown and you can walk between Bouligny and Delachaise).
