It's good. But honestly I think it's better when I get the rosemary to be secondary to the hops. I added rosemary to the dry hop addition on this last batch and it's a little much.

Probably similar to cooking where rosemary can take over a dish. Has a pine flavor that probably could accent some hops.

I might steep my Simcoe pale ale on some rosemary. The Simcoe is very piney.

I use a lot of simcoe and chinook in that beer to bring out the piney notes, and Columbus to mix it up and get some spice.

It's like a Mike Tyson right hook. Takes a while to get used to it. the more I sipped on it, the more interesting it got.

Looks like a good weekend to me. Judging by the cokes and lemons, I'm guessing there is liquor somewhere as well.
