I usually do salmon wrapped in foil or burgers. Looking for some other ideas

I bought one of those copper sheets that's just a roll. Came with 2. It's nonstick. I put it on top of the grill on your typical campsite fire ring and do bacon, cinnamon toast (it's way better this way, I don't know why) and all things requiring griddle surface. Burgers and sausage on the grill over a fire is always great. Country style ribs (a cut up butt) are great that way too.

cut up a steak into pieces about two bites each. Marinade in a ziploc bag. After a few hours cook over the fire on a stick.
Every bite is seared crispy and medium or more rare in the middle.

Loaded grits.
Cook some smoked sausage with onions and peppers (jalapeno/bell). Add to grits and cover with hoop cheese.
Shrimp kabob.
Skewer shrimp, onions and bell peppers on a rosemary branch. Marinate with extra zesty salad dressing. Shave parmesan on top after grilling.

Hehehe, it’s a marinade and baste for chicken. Works great on pit or oven chicken too.
