Favorite Christmas treats

What’s your absolute favorite Christmas candy or baked good? Is it an old or new family recipe? Bought from a local store? Mine has to be one of my customers Christmas crack bark or whatever you want to call it. I’d post a picture but it’s already all gone. This is basically what it is I think

My mom used to make these nutmeg/egg nog logs that I loved. Since she died, I've dug around in her recipe books trying to find the recipe but haven't been able to. I tried a couple I found online a couple of years ago, but they weren't the same.

Whatever the pretzels are dipped in. Plus sprinkles.

All of the candy my grandmother makes: fudge, divinity, peanut brittle, haystacks. I'm headed to her house for the weekend as soon as I get off of work today, can't wait to devour the sweets

100%. Almost same list too. Divinity, fudge, peanut brittle and baked pecans all from my mimi. My mom makes some basic arse Christmas sugar cookies that I can’t get enough of either. Never tasted anything like them anywhere else.

My mother’s Nut Butter Crunch is my real fave, but easier to make, and just as dangerous to be around is Almond Bark Pecans. Not sure if that is the real name, but you melt a product called almond bark, and stir in toasted pecans. Then spoon them out on waxed paper and let them cool. Easy!

Mom makes a croissant bread pudding with a bourbon glaze. So good hot, might be even better cold the next day.
