Wanted to get opinions from the Boudin experts. I’m specifically referencing Boudin that can be ordered and shipped from the store.

I’ve ordered from the following:

T-Boys (Mamou). The worst Boudin I’ve ever tasted by far-perhaps I got a bad batch, but it was terrible

Best Stop (Scott) It was pretty good, but not as good as I remember.

Borque’s (Port Barre). Hands down the best Boudin of the three and honestly not even close. Ordered more today.

I understand Boudin is subjective to each individual, but wondering what your favorite is that can be ordered/shipped from the store.

You honestly can’t go wrong between West BR and Scott. Ronnie’s in Hammond is good too

Best I ever had was from the Mowata Stoe. I don’t think it’s a good as it used to be now days. Billy’s, Best Stop and Kartchners are all top notch to me.

My favorite is the original Ray's in opelousas for regular link boudin. The address would be on hwy 182.

Billy's has the best boudin balls.

Shut your whore mouth.

1. T-boys Mamou
2. Bourques
3. Kartchners

The rest isn't bad. Some are just better than others.

I’ve tried to order from NuNu’s but can’t order via web. Guess I could call to see if they ship

Lol. Man believe me I ate all of it. It was freaking terrible—I almost called them because I’ve seen T-Boys listed as excellent by many others. Maybe I got a bad batch

I'm hoping that's what it was. It's a little heavy on the liver and green onion. If you aren't a fan of those, you may not like it.

I know Boudin is a tired subject and I appreciate the input. I typically order 30-40 lbs every few months— I don’t live close, so shipping is the only option available—-this limits ordering from many Boudin. suppliers.

Nunu's is really good. The one I eat most often is Billy's. Best Stop isn't as good as it used to be either but it might still be my favorite. Last couple links were super greasy and all cayenne though.

Tried Boudin by Jamison at Hogs (Pork Fiction team) for the first time and thought it was some of the best I've had.

I don't understand the love fore this place. We tried it and the texture was like mush, but to each their own..
For regular Boudin I like Kartchner's, Boudin Balls is Billy's hands down. Bergerons has by far the best smoked Boudin I've ever had although Kratchner's does make a good one. I'm just starting to make my own.
