I'd like a salt grinder. I've always used plastic salt-pepper combo shakers you see at fast food joints. Time to step up to the bigs.

Pepper grinder is a must being fresh cracked peppercorns taste better. For salt, just put these two on your list being there's no real benefit to a fresh grind:
