jalepeno mayo, nice and runny,,, pretty good, but, slightly overated imo..
boss always gets mustard on poboys, he's a geubert..

Had one of these finally a few days ago traveling from Houston to Biloxi. Very overrated in my opinion. Decent but nothing great by any means. Did swing thru Baton Rouge and got some chicken salad at Calvin's and that stuff is fantastic. Best meal I had was at the Blow Fly in Gulfport.
