full disclosure Danny is my wife’s cousin.
if you frequent Clancy’s you know Danny and he knows you. Below is a link to his medical progress and and there is a gofundme set up to help allay his bills.

yes, he was complaining of shortness of breath and had to be hospitalized and then almost immediately put in a coma as he could not get oxygen into his blood.
For some people this virus is a death sentence. I know Danny has diabetes so maybe that has a lot to do with it.

sadly, danny passed away last night.
they could not get him stabilized and his lungs were so severely damaged by the virus there was little they could do.
