Was pretty obvious Juban family was not going to be reopening, but this is somewhat of a surprise especially this soon.

Agreed. I think City Pork's food is pretty terrible. No idea why that place is so popular. Loved Beausoliel, so I'm hoping the food doesn't change.

Beausoliel was one of our favorites before we moved from BR. Hope it stabalizes

City Pork’s quality and service have gone waaaay downhill. Used to be one of my favorites in BR.

I was not a fan of Beausoleil. Tried it 3-4 times.
That being said, it was still better than City Pork which seems to be nowhere near as good now as when Ryan Andre and Chase were involved.

I think the revolving door of head chefs has made City Pork Brasserie inconsistent.
I just want them to reopen the original style Deli/Charcuterie.
That said, currently City Slice is my favorite City Pork restaurant. The smoked chicken pizza (The Heisman) is my favorite pie in the city at the moment.

I have eaten here many times and have never had a meal that could be described as terrible. While I have had items there that I didn't like, I think your description is a bit harsh.
So, I can tell if this is a troll or not, what restaurants have you been to in BR that you actually liked and what did you order?
With regards to City Pork, did you inform the manager of your terrible meal, and if so, what did the manager do to make it up to you?

Why so defensive? You seem to have such strong opinions but aren't willing to discuss such restaurants that you have had excellent meals and enjoy.

Well that escalated quickly.
It’s not as good as it used to be but I still like their Cuban and Pork belly sandwiches along with a couple of their salads.

Beausoleil hasn’t been the same since Nathan moved to Colorado. But I’m glad to see Jeff will still be there. He really does make some good cocktails.
Haven’t been to City Pork Brasserie since before Ryan left for Soji. But we’ve had catered sandwiches and burgers at the office from the one on Government several times over the past few months and everything was really solid.

City Pork group created and owns Rouj right? I think they can take over Beausoleil and do it well
