IMO, there’s not a true BBQ place in town that can stack up anywhere near the KC/Memphis places.
But I always thought the braised short rib at City Pork was killer, it’s basically the only thing I’ve ordered from there on many trips.

I appreciate Hightower investing more into the city. This is a tough time to be in the restaurant biz and he keeps investing/expanding. Good on him.
