I probably need a pair. It's more that Morimoto said that than the item itself. Not what I would expect from him.

I could use those googles, it's like a waterfall when I chop onions.

I seriously want those glasses! I cut a lot of onions and that would help me tremendously!

I wore a pair of goggles yesterday when chopping onions. I can't do it without them. They're my old pair from biology labs at LSU.

Yep, and use it to measure the cold face temperature on industrial kilns, smelters, and furnaces.

I use mine to get a quick bulk product temperature from mixing tanks (3000 liter tanks)- or my people do - not me.

For us vision impaired folks that wear glasses it is terrible. The gases from the onion just get stuck between my eyes and my glasses, intensifying the burning.

I always put my onions in the fridge. I heard it helps if they are cold and really the only time I cry is if i'm chopping a lot like with onion soup
