I always thought Taco Bell had HORRIBLE service. However when I made the trip to Omaha a few years ago for the CWS, we stopped at a Taco Bell in Kansas I believe. It was, hands down, the best fast food service I have ever had. Very polite taking out order. Place was very clean. Once we had our food we were asked by at least 2 employees if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. It was like I was dining out. And the staff was equally mixed white to black and everything in between.

I can count on one hand the number of times Chick-fil-A has fricked up my order in my entire life (twice - and when they did they gave me a free brownie.) Plus, they're not dickheads.
I try not to go anywhere else if I'm going to do fast food.

The Popeyes by my house is a lot better than the Burger King. The Popeyes got 100X better when a Cane's opened a mile away.
When my friend goes to the BK, he orders his fries with no salt & no microwave on his Burger that way he gets his stuff cooked fresh.

The BK's around here are great. Most of them are owned by Magic Johnson. At least the one at the end of our road is. They closed it down for 2 weeks to rebuild it. The food is always hot, fresh, and pretty good. And the one near where I work is always solid.

The last time I was sitting in Chick Fil-A, I was eating by myself. The manager came by and offered to grab me a newspaper and refilled my coke. That would NEVER happen at another fast food restaurant. Chick Fil-A made a very loyal customer that day.
I agree that Wendys food is also good, but its also too expensive. If I'm going to pay $8 for a cheeseburger, I'm going to Riverside Patty.

Having seen it from the inside, Burger King's corporate culture is adversarial. Between corporate HQ in Miami and the stores and franchisees.
It's been like that for a long time. A house divided cannot stand. They have been shuddering stores at a slow pace in Texas for several years.
KFC suffers from this to an extent.. they are lucky to have a very unique offering (original recipe)

I bet the regional mgrs at BK see the drive thru times and think they do a good job. but they dont know that every BK in BR asks you to drive around and theyll bring it out to you just so they improve their window time

BK is terrible. Nothing worse then microwaved meat and stale fries.

Popeyes and BK are about equally as bad for me. They both seem to hire the most ghetto, lazy, ignorant employees they can. I always wonder if they actually seek out ghetto peeps. There is a mcdonalds a mile down from the bk and popeye's that has some excellent employees who also happen to be black, but they're helpful, courteous, and friendly. These employees have to be coming from the same employee pool, so why do BK and Popeyes get the shittiest ones?

Haven't been to BK in at least a year, and that time I spent 20 minutes at the drive thru waiting for a burger and a kids meal chicken nuggets. Never again. There's a wendy's close to my house that is my personal favorite. The people are kind of ghetto but a rarely every have to wait more than 1 minute for my food, even if I ordered for the whole family. They are awesome.

Eh. I don't mind the BK on St. Charles in NOLA. They screw up every once in awhile, but it's not that bad. Though, I only ever get the Fish sandwich there. I also just tend to think that BK hires the worst workers no matter what the demographic of the kitchen is. I've eaten BK's with a bunch of white people working and they have been the worst service I've had.
Wendy's is probably one may fave national fast food chains. Though, I think the two Wendy's close to LSU (the one around the north gates and the one up college) are the worst wendy's as far service goes. Everywhere else I go seems to be fine.
I think Cane's has good service, but it also helps they only serve a few items.
