I just love this movie. I think the cast is darn near perfect.
Yeah.
I love the part where they are going through all the stuff before they get over the target and pilot is like, "Doc, go check that out" "Doc, go check this out" and he has to keep telling them... "uhh... bomb run?"

i like thin cigars
Many good cigars come in smaller ring gauge sizes. Check out CigarsInternational dot com for their top rated brands, and look for sizes in Petit Corona or similar.
I like everything by Carlos Torano, Bahia, CAO, Rocky Patel, and some others. They should all be very reasonably priced, especially the smaller ring gauges.
Here's a good link on how ring gauge affects the cigar flavor, smoking technique, etc.:

Scrambled with a touch of cream, and then fried in a enough super hot bacon grease to make it float.
Spoon over a bit of hot salsa to finish on the plate.

Yeah. Your situation is making more sense now.
That sucks. I would definitely report it stolen, and I would definitely tell the cops who you think might have stolen it.

Because it's my parents house. I asked. I would have even detained them, but they said no.
In my mind... this is the same thing as "giving" them the gun. The opportunity was there to address it when it would have mattered most.
They chose not to.
Why get all pissed about it now?

I actually can't stand Abraham Lincoln, but I think the movie looks quite entertaining.

The one you can shoot well, can conceal, and will actually carry everyday is the best gun. Those answers are differnent for everyone, so the choice will be up to you. I suggest you go to a range/gunstore that allows you to try different guns and choose that way.
Excellent post.
re: I need a cheap BBQ pit

With this setup, can you direct grill on the side box? I know the big chamber is for indirect BBQ/Smoking, but does the sidebox have a grill grate in it for searing a steak, etc.?

If you search around, you'll see a few examples of those. It almost seems sometimes that they are just stalking it... crowding it... and waiting for it to actually charge before taking the shot.
Scary shite.

I have no desire to go shoot random animals in Africa. Who wants to shoot a lion, an elephant or a zebra?!? Those are magnificent animals. I would love to go a safari just to watch the animals. I would imagine a lot of these are canned hunts just like here in the U.S.
Well, if we were going to shoot something, and feed a village, and I got to eat something new... I would be all over it.
But honestly, some of these lion hunts are just nuts. Like the one in the .gif that's posted. I've seen that vid before, and there are other similar ones. frick that noise.
Elephants too. NO thank you to the trampling and stomping of my body.
Yeah. I think I'd much prefer a photographic safari in most cases myself, as well.

I'm a firm believer in eating what you kill.
Generally, I am too, but... the reality is, anything you shoot and leave on the ground... something's going to eat it, and right quick too.
You wouldn't eat a lion would you?
You can hunt for sport or trophies or meat. I don't know that a zebra really fits into any of those categories, but I don't think the carcass is going to be "wasted" per se.
re: Whats your next weapon purchase going to be?
Posted by coloradoBengal on 5/12/12 at 8:45 pm
"How much"
******
I think they are like $800
New barrel, new stock, completely refurbed action. Spacer added to only allow .308 and not .30-06
And the same enbloc clips work with .308 so they are easy to find.
Edit: correction, they are $1000, but I am getting one anyway

What type of terrain? How far will your average shot be? Still hunting? Stalking? A lot of hiking involved or not?
