Bud's is so much better than the cat vomit they serve at curbside

Will be a huge upgrade for BR

Bud's is good but they will be the 3rd best burger in BR at best the day they open.

How are their fries? Can they compete with Canes? According to 225 Magazine, Canes has the best fries in BR.

They will be maybe a top 5 burger, but they will cost less than half of what the rest of the top 5 costs and they will be open late.

Curbside/Overpass Merchant (same recipe) and Fleming's for certain. Arguably Raul's. Like I said, though, Bud's will be barely 1/3 the cost of Curbside and Merchant, half the cost of Fleming's (even at Happy Hour), and several dollars cheaper than Raul's (even when on special). Bud's will also be open and serving food when none of the above are. It fills a niche for certain.

Spanish Town Market
Mason's
Go Yaya
Louie's
Roul's
Maxwell's
Curbside

But don't get me wrong, I love Bud's Broiler. Can't wait to snag one on July 28 when I am in town.

It's Baton Rouge. Give it 8-16 months after their initial opening date

I pass it everyday. There are workers there but it doesn’t seem like it should be taking so long

Looks like they're working on it. Logos on the windows and they were putting out fresh patio seating yesterday.

It will probably be open in time for football season....wonder why they first opened on Florida Blvd over by airline a few years back...what a dumb business decision that was....

Back in the 80's, that was a happening spot. That was near Bar Marche, Cortana, and Fun Fair Park.
