I mean I'm sure it will be good but what makes Company Burger so good to me is the simplicity of quality ingredients done well. Don't need all that. I'd just take the regular Company Burger. I Never got to try the burger they did w/ pizza delicious

Seriously, I'm the first to call you out on this? That is not undercooked for a burger. Looks like they shot for Mid Rare but cooked too much. If anything it's overcooked for a Mid rare.

COBU is a griddled burger. They were not going for MR. This is maybe a bit underdone for a COBU patty which are usually cooked throughout, but still looks great.
