I drink water most of the time, but occasionally I want something with flavor. I discovered the below recently and it's quite good and refreshing.

Freshly made lemonade or iced tea. Just go light on the sugar or use a low/no cal sweetener.

For some reason caffeine from carbonated doesn't sit well for some reason. Powered mix drinks are ok so is coffee.

You can buy flavor drops (Mio or Crystal Lite) and put them in bottles of water. I find they are the best thing for a no calorie gas station option.

The cran-pineapple has no caffeine or carbonation.

I like the crystal light peach iced tea pouches.

(I don't like regular tea but do like flavored tea).

We make a pitcher and keep it in the fridge.

No sugar/No caffeine

I drink a lot of Vitamin Water Zero
I’m sure it’s not as good for you as water but it has flavor

I’ve seen those but I have to have some sort of energy boost. I’ve drank so much caffeine one time my hands had tremors. I love caffeine. ??

I buy the crystal light pitcher packs, but I get a gallon of water and just pour two of those in and shake it up.

Sweetener used is a sugar alcohol. Be careful - too many of these can cause GI distress.

Tea is your answer there.

Or if you want something different, I keep seeing ads about that brewed cacao nib drink. Cacao has about 1/5th the amount of caffeine as coffee, and a caffeine metabolite (theobromine) in high doses which causes a similar effect to caffeine.

Had a gf that suggested tea. Never got any tea. I need to be wired. I’m currently drinking Alain which is less carbonated. 200mg caffeine. When I crash I drink more ha.

Just a head's up, your original post says you're looking for a low caffeine beverage but your replies are saying you want to be wired. Might improve the responses if you clarify/edit that original post.

Tea will give you kidney stones in large quantities.

Went camping with a guy that used a Starbucks instant packet in a bottle of water. I guess it’s kinda like iced coffee
