Trying to save some for the lady when she gets off work… picking up from a local spot in town that is having them flown in from Louisiana today.

Pot of warm seasoned water?
I usually just eat them cold though.

cold crawfish > cold pizza

Agree on eating them cold. I love them cold actually.
I think it has to do with the fat firming up making it easier to dig out and enjoy.

Steam, but not too much, you just want to warm them, not cook them more. Works great for crabs, my grandma use to freeze crabs and we would steam them to eat later.

I am in minority, but hate both.
I want my pizza cheese to be hot and stringy. I want my crawfish fat to be melty and runny.

Reheat them the same way they were cooked.
Get large pot of water to a temperature lower than boiling to rewarm them without over cooking. So maybe shoot for a water temperature about what we shoot for with shrimp - roughly 120 degrees.
Add seasoning to the water.
At that temperature the crawfish will remain warm without overcooking and you may end up improving the flavor by using seasoned water.

Rice cooker with a small amount of water at the bottom. Your welcome…

I agree they are awesome cold. Once I used a steamer and that worked well, you are just limited on how many can fit.

Guess I’m going to need a bigger rice cooker.

Steam them. Putting them back in boiling water will make the meat mushy.
