Sushi Yama is still open for take-out, per their website..."takeout hours are M_TH 11AM-8:30PM, FRI 11AM-9PM, & SAT 4:30PM-9PM"

Yama is good stuff, but surprised to see a thread where it is mentioned more times than Umami (usually these threads go the other way). I think Umami is the best restaurant of any style in town, but I’m sure you can’t go wrong with either.
