Thanks for the review! Went tonight and will definitely go back. We had the empanada, 1/2 charcoal roasted chicken with salad and plantains and (forgot the name) but was essentially a seafood risotto. Finished up with the piccarones for desert- food was great and service was attentive.

I fished out of Lahaina in Sept 2019. The guy that I went with leaves really early - Eli eve 1:30 am to get to a buoy way out there. It was a long rough ride but he put us on the black tuna and Dolphin/Mahi. Had plenty of fish to grill up at our place.
I assumed it would be a closer location to the fish but glad I did it.

Agree. Actually Made the loop in a mustang. Had to take it slow at first just past Hana but your pics reminded me of how beautiful it is on the back side.

On BGE I keep it simple. 300 degrees indirect heat for about 3 hours. Don’t wrap or turn. Sauce and sear on direct for a few minutes before service. The BGE indirect heat keeps them moist enough for me.

Exactly - to change culture you have to change blood.

2 cups flour ( I use unbleached)
1 egg yolk
3 whole eggs
2 tablespoons EVOO
Add flour to food processor. Beat eggs and yolk with oil. Tuen on processor and add wet ingredients for 30 seconds. Kneed on floured board into a nice ball. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 mins before rolling. Otherwise place in fridge a few hours) or freezer for longer durations
Works great with my kitchen aid roller and cutters. Receipe courtesy Lidia Bastianich.

Had CCC a few weeks ago - way too salty - almost not edible. Hopefully just a bad batch. Have since had corner grocery on Perkins and they were really good.

We are using Cool Breeze in May. As someone else said try to call - maybe you can get on a wait list for when the next person cancels.

re: Disney with a 2-year-old
Posted by lostNkansas on 3/13/21 at 6:36 am to Nix to Twillie
We did an extended family trip to Disney (25 people) years ago so we took our 2yo and 4yo along. She decided that she was ready for toilet training a day or two before the trip so we had to have the damn toilet seat in tow. Not ideal but now she is 20 and has no recollection of the trip so I would say save Disney for 5 and up.
