What y'all got, baws?

1. Restaurant Re'evolution
2. Stanley! (Actually the best bang for your buck at only $10/bowl)
3. Cochon
4. Galatoire's

My favorite and really the only place I'll order gumbo. Mr B's place is another I will.

I’ve always been a fan of k-pauls gumbo. Really dark and rich.

Want good cheap sausage and chicken gumbo? Then check out Cajun King on Bayou road at Broad. It's a buffet, but they put out a legit gumbo.
Once you try the place it's like you found a secret.
All you can eat bone in fried chicken, fried rice, salsbury steak, smothered pork, grilled chicken, greens, mac, general tso's chicken, wings, fried fish and gumbo. $6.99

You think it's better than revolution and stanley? Have you had theirs? I haven't had herbsaint in ages but I'll make a point to try tomorrow or at least over Christmas holiday

Why you would go here and not get the turtle soup is beyond me.

I'll throw another vote for Mr B's though.
