Billy's by far is the best.

Bourbon Street Deli is my go to because I live 2 hours from Billy's.

There’s a place in DeRidder called Soileau’s and I’d give them my vote.

They do pretty good on everything they make. Stuffed meats, smoked sausage and few other things. Very supportive in community as well. Not to nit pick you, but they are actually in Rosepine. Just wanted to clarify in case someone wants to try them

You are correct. It is in Rosepine.

All those towns just blend at a certain point though.

Tony’s are awful. Billy’s are the standard against which all other boudin balls are judged. Ronnie’s has the best in Baton Rouge.

Went to Boudin Festival a couple weekends ago and had Menards from Duson. Billy’s is so my favorite but Menards was really good.

Can't go wrong w/ Billy's or Kartchner's. I personally prefer the jalapeno-cream cheese version from Kartchner's but I don't knock those who prefer Billy's.

Amazing the amount of goodness that comes out of that small building on the side of the road in beautiful KS, LA.

Just boudin, no fried balls, no crawfish, and no cheese. A good hot link of boudin with a cold beer. And sorry, Billy’s is not boudin, it is a mass produce product full of MSG and no taste of liver- a must for real boudin.

Don't sleep on their maple boudin eggrolls, I always grab some packs when passing through to keep in the freezer and throw in the air fryer.

I like rays in opelousas the best as far as boudin links go. Nice heat level, liver flavor, and no orange grease.
