None because they all use tartar sauce and that stuff sucks arse.
Best is leftover fried speck, flounder or sac a lait between two slices of Evangeline Maid bread with a couple dashes of Louisiana hot sauce.

Culver's has the best. Arby's is probably second. Haven't tried Popeye's or Sonics.
Burger King and Jack's are ok, but if you live near the coast, a really good fish sandwich should not be that hard to come by.

Bojangles doesn't have one all the time, but when they do, it's pretty good.

The Wendy’s Cod fish sandwich is pretty good. They have now changed to Wild Alaska Pollock. Have not tried it yet.
