80/20 mix 1 lb

Worchestershire sauce
1 egg
A lot of minced garlic
Salt
Pepper
Cajun seasoning
Granulated onion
A teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Cast iron, med hot, veg oil, 4 minutes, flip, add butter, 5 minutes, baste, finish in broil oven with bacon/ cheese on top.

Medium every time.

Edit: I see 100 people have the palette of a 8 year old child. They probably prefer McDonald's burgers over this recipe.

A new record of dv!

Curbside is definitely at the top. I'm also a fan of the burgers at Your Moms or Our Moms or whatever it's called these days. Also like the cajun shrimp burger at Mason's Grill.

I haven’t lived in BR in a while but masons, capital grill and bistro byronz all make a good burger.
