Probably had my best breakfast at Biscuit Bitch in Seattle.

My own gravlax on my own rye bread, w/red onion & cream cheese.
I am a sucker for the sausage, egg & cheese on a jalapeno cheese biscuit at Whataburger. It's as good a biscuit as you can get at any restaurant.

A little hole in the wall called Pipes Café in Cardiff, CA. Best breakfast burritos I've ever had!

The Burning Bush in Gatlinburg. It's not there anymore (I think)..I turned on a few people to this place. Locally in New Orleans has to be Russell's Marina Grill...Great breakfast with about a 15 minute wait..
I get the frenzy about some places but I ain't waiting 30 minutes in line only to get a mediocre meal.. I was with some friends and they guaranteed the place was worth the wait..This place was/is on Harrison..I was not amused when we got the food..

I'm not huge on breakfast but the squawking goat biscuit at maple street biscuit company is amazing.

Probably at this random restaurant somewhere between Vancouver and Whistler, homemade Canadian bacon and fresh lox, amazing.

Anthony Bourdain eats at Waffle House. (YouTube)
Great 3 minute watch. Discovers Waffle House for the first time while drunk in his 50s.

Atlanta- The Silver Skillet Diner link since 1956 and ain't a damn thing changed since 1956 (except prices). Excellent breakfast, always a wait to get in, very popular among locals.
Charleston (Mt Pleasant)- Paige's Breakfast menu get the fried flounder and eggs, or the Shem Creek omelet.
Athens GA- Mayflower LINK since 1948, owned by the same family ever since. Best breakfast in town, cash only, slow service, excellent food and "back in time" vibe.
Savannah GA- Vic's on the River, get the octopus or the flounder breakfast. They also have a buffet. White table cloth service with flip flop clientele, on the river. Best place to have a beer with breakfast.

In New Orleans I'd say Bearcat, Molly's, Stanley!, and probably a few others I can't think of off the top of my head.
I do remember Denver having excellent breakfast places. Can't think of the names at the moment, but it seemed every one we went to was top notch.

I feel like breakfast is one those things where I can make most things just as well as a restaurant. I’m not waiting in line to eat bacon, eggs, and grits.
Same. I've been to some places that have some unique biscuit sandwiches or french toast or something, but otherwise breakfast just doesn't excite me to eat out anywhere because those places with unique options are usually ridiculously expensive. I'm fine with Waffle House.

Sam's #3 in downtown Denver. Had an unforgettable green chili skillet. Best breakfast I've ever had.

Most memorable is the Slut from Eggslut in the Cosmo at Vegas.
From their website

SLUT
cage-free coddled egg on top of a smooth potato purée, poached in a glass jar, topped with gray salt and chives, served with slices of baguette

I make this dish all the time at home when I have leftover mashed potatoes...it is delicious, esp if the leftovers are garlic & cheese mashed potatoes.
