I keep a bottle of Allegro in the fridge and use it every now and then. It's like a Dale's or Worcesteshire but I like it better

Daddy Hinkle's 2 part seasoning/marinade. It's good on anything.

Guy I work with swears by the following:

Worstershire
White Pepper
Dried Parsley
Garlic
Cayenne

I add siracha to it as well. Works well for both chicken and steak.

I love steak marinated in just Italian dressing. Nothing else required.

used this marinade on skirt steak for fajitas last weekend for a dinner party. People loved it.

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lime juice, from 6 to 8 limes
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cumin seed
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder (see note)
3 medium cloves garlic, finely minced (about 1 tablespoon)

Extra Vigin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Cajun Seasoning
Finish with a little Soy Sauce

I find my chicken really pops with that soy sauce. This is for simple grilled chicken, but it comes out great.
