I really like KC Masterpiece Steakhouse on steak and pork.
I can almost guarantee those that downvoted have never tried this marinade. Everyone I know that has tried is surprised how good it is.

Chicken
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
Half a lemon juiced
1 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, pepper
Marinate for at least four hours. Sear the chicken on the grill for 3-4 minutes each side. Turn off half the burners and remove the chicken from direct heat. Close the grill and use the grill as an oven for 12-15 minutes. Perfect, juicy great tasting chicken breasts.

No, it is much lower sodium than Original Dales and Dales reduced sodium marinades. Pelliteri's also contains lemon juice, so it has some citrus in the flavor profile.
I also like the Allegro brand marinades as well as Moore's Hickory marinade.
The thing they all share is a soy sauce base.

Olive oil
Soy sauce (low sodium)
Lemon juice
Brown Sugar
Cajun Seasoning
Garlic
Parsley Flakes
Above is amazing marinated for a few hours or overnight on chicken or pork chops.
It’s great on shrimp for an hour or less... if marinated too long the soy sauce can become too salty. Put on skewers on the grill or cook then in a skillet. Simply incredible
This marinade is also fabulous on oven roasted potatoes or on a steak after a short soak.
Enjoy.
