I like the pork ribs for their meatiness. I don't like finishing a rib in two bites.

You're eating the wrong beef ribs.
Eta: I mean anatomically. You're, literally, eating the wrong part of the rib.

When considering the price if I am buying and cooking...pork.
I prefer beef ribs if someone else is buying and cooking.

Beef ribs are so much better. Expensive and harder to find though.

Depends on where you are. Generally speaking, pork. But, if in Texas, you eat beef ribs because that’s what you do

Well for value you have to say pork.
But nothing on a pig beats a beef dino rib.

Beef ribs are huge if you get the big ones. I mean, think about it. Have you ever seen a cow?

If you’re talking about baby backs for both, give me pork.
If I can have legit beef ribs, give me beef all day.

Are you eating beef back ribs?
Beef short ribs and plate ribs are massive.
I like both pork and beef ribs, but will order a beef short rib or plate rib over pork. For cooking at home. I like St. Louis style pork ribs.

Nothing beats a nice dino rib. I prefer a good beef rib any day. Its so much harder to get your hands on a good beef rib though.

I assumed that was negative about the pork rib; not the beef rib. If so, he's definitely not eating plate ribs!

Pork ribs for me. Not turning down a beef rib if offered/available though.
