I shunned fillets for years. Even preferring a sirloin. But I have recently come to appreciate it again. Absence makes the heart and stomach grow fonder.

That's at a local restaurant (Trapani's), and their other sides are meh. It's their version of pasta bordelaise. Those utensils are junky too...the steak tho.
