To Hades with you Neanderthal Haters, the fillet is the Creme de la creme of steaks. Only a properly cut and prepared Porterhouse can rival its Greatness!!!

That is indeed debatable Otis. The best steak I ever did have was a prime NY strip. I got my gas grill up to 700 and blasted each side for about 3 minutes and then let it rest covered in foil for about 10 minutes. That damn steak really did it for me.
