That's absolutely off menu preparation. I know the owners and manager very well. Tony's made me tartare, blue rare hamburgers...that's a steak cooked to perfection for me. it's always a joke, is that rare enough for you? That's how the tartare came about as a birthday dinner for me. Raw filet.
