Asians make the best food in general.

The street chicken I got in Bangkok was some of the best chicken I have ever had, it was grilled though.
They told you it was chicken but it was probably a rooster.

specifically Koreans
Japanese too. There was a place on Los Angeles called TFO (Tokyo Fried Chicken) that was the bomb.

I’d kill to have it the way my home stay mom in Japan used to make it. I can’t even describe it, it was the way it was cut and breaded and seasoned- I’ve never had anything like it before or since.

I’m not a fan of Korean fried chicken

It’s a Mexican in the back cooking it anyways.

Not all Asians are the same. Koreans make the best fried chicken. Followed by Jr. Food Marts with creole chicken. Chinese fried chicken is not nearly as good. Japanese don’t fry chicken much at all.

The street food fries chicken in Bangkok is truly one of the best deals in the world.

In general terms Koreans batter and fry it and then batter is again and fry it again, but they have many styles of fried chicken.
Netflix has a show called Korean Fried Chicken Rhapsody that covers the topic in detail. I changed how I put sauce on wings after watching that show.

Get you some magic sarap for when you are making fried chicken. Then some brown tomas dipping sauce and you are good.

Doo's in Watson, Ponchatoula and super King in Hammond has the best hot wings I've ever ate hand down

I watch a lot of food reaction channels, and when Jollibee's fried chicken is included in one of the ten chains/fast-food taste-test tournament, I've yet to see them lose. We need a Jollibee's in NOLA stat to confirm the findings.
Also, when there is a vid that is introducing various preparations of wings to people that have never had or rarely had wings, the Korean wing style wins every time.
