Asheville, NC Recs?

We're heading to the Asheville area next week for the first time, so I'd love some suggestions on places to eat and drink, along with other cool things to do!
We're staying in Mills River, but we'll have a rental car so we've got some range.

Google --> Ashville + Tigerdroppings
you will find a lot of info. Favorite dinners were Limones and Curate'
Never made it to Bull & Beggar but that was one that was on my list.
Cool sights - Omni and Biltmore. The Biltmore tour lasts a while but you could probably just do the grounds if crunched on time.

Chai Pani for incredible Indian food. Curate for incredible Spanish tapas. Obviously, there are great breweries all around the city. I liked Wicked Weed the most.

We've gone a few times.
Biltmore is a must for us.
Blue Ridge Parkway
Waterfalls - There are 7 or 8 waterfalls in/around asheville. Not to mention, the drive through the blue ridge parkway to get them is beautiful especially now with the leaves in full autumn colors.
Sierra Nevada - massive brewery, with a cool outdoor area
Omni Grove Inn - There are 3 or 4 restaurants there. Go early enough to watch the sun go down. Stunning views.
Nantahala Outdoor Center for WW Rafting - likely too cold for rafting right now, but it's fun.
Navitat Zipline - Excellent time for doing this. Views are amazing.
Some of our favorite breweries in/around that area:
Hillman - probably my favorite. Beer is fantastic and like the vibe of the brewery
Turgua - just outside asheville
Dssolvr - downtown asheville. We rode our bikes from the hotel to the brewery.
Burial - an old favorite for us
Cursus Keme - neat little brewery off the beaten path. Interesting beers and cool little setup
Zillicoah - fantastic beer
Wicked weed funkatorium is there but last time we went, i found it to be kind of boring. There spontaneous fermented beers are fantastic.
Hear Eurisko is fantastic, but didn't have time to go by there.
Food there is amazing too.
The best was Burial's forestry camp. Simply amazing food. However, my wife and I got a minor bout of food poisoning. That was not a fun 12 hour drive back home the next morning.
The Admiral - very good
Curate - haven't had a chance to go, but it's considered the best
As i stated earlier, there are a few places at the Omni Grove Inn that is really good.
Red Stag grill outside of the biltmore was very good. A little pricey.

Ziplining would be amazing, going to try to talk the SO into it.
I spent YEARS working in breweries, so I'm looking forward to checking out as many as I can while we're there.

Really enjoyed Curate and people I trust rave about Bull & Beggar.
As for James Beard Most Outstanding Restaurant, Che Pani, I can not implore you enough to skip this pompous, poorly run restaurant enough. Under seasoned food, horrible service, and just a poor experience from soup to nuts. I’ve had better Indian cuisine at any other Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Did Curate Sunday and Red Stag last night. Both are top notch restaurants. Curate will be hard to get in to. May want to look at going real early and sitting at the bar.

That’s weird. I had the exact opposite experience when I ate there. The service was attentive and food was incredibly flavorful.
