Nine Mile. Rocky’s Hot Chicken. Tupelo Honey. Hemingways- rooftop bar. Sierra Nevada. Wicked Weed. South Slope area and West Asheville.
If you are used to BR, Ashevillle is way hipper and more progressive. Portland south.

Tupelo Honey is very good.
Mayfels serves some Cajun food, it’s just down from Tupelo Honey. I’ve eaten there 3-4 times, been solid each time. They have quirky hours at times

We went earlier this year for our anniversary.
Lunch: Buxton Hall BBQ. Good food and neat place, good cocktails too.
Dinner: Bone & Broth, and Bouchon were both great service and drinks and food.
Omni Grove is where we stayed and as mentioned there are a few restaurants there and the food was all pretty good but the views even better. Overlooking Blue Ridge I believe it is, very pretty
Hillman Beer Brewery was good for a quick pop in as well. Several different beer types, and decent bar food
