Versatile food but often I just drain the water, add some pickles and maybe a squirt of mayo. Great snack. All protein and good fat.

I grew up on the stuff. Still love it today. My favorites are tuna pie and tuna casserole.

Yep, except I'm pretty sure it's not tuna.

Yep. Eat it all the time. Sometimes just with some Dijon mustard and seasonings. Rarely make a sandwich. I just spoon it out of a bowl.

I really like it mixed into Mac and cheese with some hot sauce or buffalo sauce.

I've been eating a lot of canned mackerel lately instead of tuna for a change......it's really good too. Plus lots of good fats too. Use it just like tuna

I used to eat canned tuna daily but since going keto this has been my breakfast of choice every day

Have a pack of this in my pantry now. Going to try for lunch.

I don't like the pink light stuff. Only albacore.

Mix up with some sweet pickle relish, a little mayo, and some hot sauce makes a hell of sandwich.

I've started making some "tuna cakes" recently and they're delicious!

tuna
chopped fresh parsley
lemon zest
egg
pepper
hot sauce
breadcrumbs
1 egg
squirt of dijon mustard
green onion

Heat up a pan with a little bit of oil, fry on both sides til it gets a nice crust

I go in and out with tuna. Sometimes I can eat it all the time and never think twice, then other times the thought makes me shiver.

Throwing some starkist on a salty ritz cracker is some simple joy into your life I will say

I grew up eating creamed tuna on toast. Still have it from time to time. It's basically a bechamel sauce with a can of tuna, some peas, salt and pepper. Pour it over toast and Bob's your uncle.

Oh yeah. Drained tuna, little bit of diced up apple, boiled egg, Louisiana hot sauce, mayo and pepper on cracker. Sometimes few diced jalapeños. Don’t knock it til you’ve tried it!
