A couple of good friends used to work at the jimmy johns right next to brooklyn. They said they had a rat problem. I would never eat there, and im not kidding.

Didn't even know Kyoto closed much less Flying Pig move into the building.

Walked by the Flying Pig on Saturday AM. Had a sign that said due to neighborhood power outage closed for the day. When I went into an open Gracious Bakery realized might be the death knell for TFP.

Looks like Batture (in the old O'Henry's) closed as well. I never went there or Flying Pig, because the menus didn't really do anything for me.

I didn't realize Gulotta shut down his place at Treo. I thought it was really good.

Least surprising news of 2018. The right kind of place should kill it in the old Kyoto. Awesome little area on Prytania.

Lots of restaurants in New Orleans have a rat problem.

I can start rattling off some places I have seen them. Some surprising...others not so much.

Holy shite that is one of the exact restaurants I have witnessed a rat scurry out of. Maybe that wasn't rabbit jambalaya that I had after all...

I assume Creole Concepts is just going to turn the entire Amici block into a 10,000 square foot BAYOU BURGA.

I don't see them keeping Bayou Burger open through the end of the year.
