Motwanis. Outbid Dickie and Steve. Lease / first right terms weren’t nailed down properly in the contract.

Neither of these statements are true. Roland (owned Tips from 96-2018, refurbished the Orpheum in 2013) was an estranged, much older half brother.

The government should not be deciding what discounts soft drinks are allowed to give to retailers.

Well the law is almost 100 years old, so take it up with your woke great grandpaw
Not mentioned- they also sued John Deere for prohibiting farmers from repairing their own equipment, UnitedHealth for overcharging on cancer meds by 1000%, CapitalOne for cheating their customers out of billions, CashApp for letting scammers run wild on their app and not offering any customer service to scam victims and even made debanking illegal!

The FTC now wants to ban the practice of bulk volume discounted pricing.

Unless someone wants to correct me- it’s not banning bulk volume pricing, just if Pepsi is going to have a price break at 500 cases for Big Box, you have to extend that same offer (at the same case volume) to your other customers so they can get their prices down as well.

Can the state attorney look into this?

Uhhh yea he probably did when he gave Jeff Landry the green light to do this

but that's 5 wasted years with Orgeron

20 Top 25 wins in that period- an SEC Championship, Fiesta Bowl, Natty and Heisman. No O, no title. These are facts.

This is an impressively terrible post. Congrats. It’s hard to be this wrong so many times in such a short amount of text.
I think Nix will start- but regarding Finley I think the advantage is still having Ensminger on staff as an analyst. He directly coached TJ. Finley’s knowledge of LSUs schemes left when Pelini was bounced and they brought in Jones / Peetz.

The fact that she helped spearhead that stupid assed "Red Bean Fund" says everything.

No matter what your little beef with Polly is you have no business trying to talk about Red Beans. They kept Louisiana hospitality people working when shite hit the fan and are currently running sheet rock, drywall and insulation for peoples destroyed homes up and down the bayou while you play on TigerDroppings. Grow up.

Urban South Distilling (allegedly).

I find it hard to believe urban south’s plan to open a distillery involves closing down an uptown institution and turning the city’s drinkers against them. Plenty of warehouse space open all over the city for that...

I'll always irrationally love New Orleans but it has turned into an impoverished, crime filled shithole.

Seems like you have a rational understanding of things so no need for a response here.

My point was that the OSU offense does both well, and Fields is a versatile player and would be a fine fit for LSU’s new RPO+ offense. He also played very aware and knew when to run, like Burrow.

I’m also completely on board with Brennan, he deserves his shot.

(and Fields threw for 70% and was top 3 in TDs and passer rating last year. To say Brennan is a better passer before he’s played a meaningful snap is pretty high praise.)

Ha what part of Justin Field’s game do you think makes it not a good fit for LSU’s offense?

Day and Fields ran the zone read out of the shotgun as well as anyone last year and incorporated under-center power ball for when teams shifted to try and cover the spread. Fields was as ruthless behind center as any one in the country except for one guy...

Use the averages. Say 280 yds, 3 TDS, that's 2800 and 30. In 10 conference games I'd say most of us would be pleased with that production

Uhh yea if Myles tosses 30 in his first year with the keys I’d hope you’d be pleased. Like 10-12 guys do that a year with 2-3 more games. Joe threw 16 in 2018.
quote]But I am biased, I would not take but 1 running back per year unless a top 2 or 3 RB wanted to sign up. [/quote]

So you wouldn’t take Darrell Williams, Ty Davis Price or Nick Brossette? LSU has put more than a few guys outside of 247s Top 10 into the NFL...
