Bull-shitoki. That means you haven't voted and it is not counted. They better have watchers there tracking the ballots that weren't scanned.
They better watch that bin of ballots and I would be tempted to stay there as a voter to confirm mine was counted. Without it being scanned, you have actually not voted.
They also better be ready to look at the logs of the machines and make sure that number matches the ballots scanned.
