P.F. Chang's-style chicken lettuce wraps.

I made a couple of wraps and then my dude will put the rest of the chicken mixture over fresh Udon noodles.

Vodka waters.

I smothered some bone in pork chops this afternoon. These may have been the best ever!

Super tender!

To the ones who said just stick to grinding thighs with no breast I thank you. No longer will I have dried out store bought ground chicken. Made one pass with the corse plate to keep it chunky for the casserole.

Ground chicken over spaghetti squash all mixed with some tomato sauce s&p and Italian seasoning. Toped with mozzarella And baked till melted.

Just put it in the oven in a roast pan for hour 40ish on 350. Pat the loin dry then rub in oil. Used bad byrons butt rub and I add some cayenne because it doesn’t have enough spice to me. Let it sit for 10 min after and cut. In a cast iron I sautéed the mushrooms in oil and salt and pepper. Added the spinach and let it wilt down then add some heavy cream and grated parm Super easy Monday night meal.
